A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Manager who will drive customer success and platform adoption through enhanced Site Scan delivery and optimized configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customized Site Scan solutions by guiding customers to optimal configurations and troubleshooting site-specific challenges
Optimize Site Scan delivery by enhancing workflows and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer adoption
Establish trust with customers by leading calls, providing actionable recommendations, and responding to technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
Strong technical expertise in the Fluxx platform and its backend structure
Proven ability to foster long-term customer relationships and improve communication
Analytical mindset with experience in developing creative solutions based on data trends
Demonstrated collaboration skills across teams, including Product and Customer Success
Experience with SaaS platforms or grantmaking systems is preferred
