Position Overview Smith & Oby is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Quotes Manager to support our growing sales team.

In this role, you will oversee the proposal and quoting process, coordinate with vendors, and assist with marketing campaigns to expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities   Partner with the sales team to prepare accurate, professional proposals.

Collect and analyze vendor pricing and product information to support quotes.

Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure proposals are completed on schedule.

Collaborate with project managers and estimators to align quotes with project scope.

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive new business.

Maintain proposal templates, sales collateral, and CRM data.

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer outreach.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in inside sales, quoting, or proposal management (HVAC, mechanical contracting, or construction industry preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with external vendors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
