About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Financial Data Analyst with advanced skills in SQL, Tableau, and dashboard development to support financial and operational analytics across BayCare's clinical institutes and business units. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do :

Develop and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze financial and clinical data from enterprise databases

Produce accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and internal statements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into efficient, user-friendly visualizations

Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools and systems to support financial planning, compliance, and regulatory needs

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with compliance standards

Present analytical findings to finance teams, clinical leadership, and planning departments

Support strategic initiatives through custom ad-hoc analyses and data modeling

Qualifications : Education :

• Required : Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance , or related field

Experience :

Required : 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics

Preferred : 1 year of experience in healthcare finance or clinical reporting

Technical Skills :

Advanced SQL querying and data extraction

Proficient in Tableau (dashboard design, visual storytelling, parameter controls, etc.)

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP / reporting tools (e.g., Lawson, Power BI, or similar)
