The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) will be responsible for :

• Conducting exams
• Performing diagnostic test and screening evaluations
• Managing overall patient care regarding lifestyle and development issues
• Embrace the provision of care in care team environment and actively working to provide exceptional quality care and patient experience
• Emphasizing prevention care and disease management
• Prescribing medications
• Qualifications : *
• 10+ years of experience in a Multi-specialty and / or Primary Care setting
• Bachelor's and / or Master's Degree in a related field
• NJS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Desired Skills* :
• NJS Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
