Job details :

  • Position : Radiology Technician (X-ray Tech)
  • Location : Nashville, TN
  • Shift :  10hrs Night shift
  • Duration : 13 weeks

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent X-ray tech experience
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
  • State Radiologic Technologist License
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

    • Skills & Responsibilities

    Core Skills :

  • Proficient in performing diagnostic radiologic imaging procedures
  • Strong knowledge of radiologic safety protocols and equipment operation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Proficient in using PACS and hospital EMR systems

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures appropriately
  • Follow hospital policies and regulatory standards for radiation safety and infection control
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment.
