What You’ll Get To Do
As the integrated communications lead, you will be responsible for advancing communication initiatives for employee and external audiences, executing strategic communication campaigns to educate and inform our employees and suppliers, and build informed public support for Strategic Deterrence Systems programs. You will uncover and promote compelling innovation stories, enable our cohesive employee culture through events and communication programming, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Compensation and Benefits
Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00
The above salary range is a general guideline. Northrop Grumman considers various factors including scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market conditions when determining base salary offers. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply. Annual bonuses may reward individual contributions and company results. In VP / Director roles, Long Term Incentives may be available. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays and PTO.
