What Were Looking For :
Were looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the face of our agency! This person plays a key role in shaping first impressions and delivering exceptional experiences to every customer who contacts us. The ideal candidate will be skilled at problem-solving, able to handle a high volume of daily interactions, and comfortable identifying opportunities to educate customers about our products and services.
A strong candidate will bring the following qualifications and traits :
Must be able to obtain or have an active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required prior to start)Exceptional communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage 50+ customer interactions daily across phone, email, text, and walk-insHigh attention to detail and strong organizational habitsAbility to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in challenging customer situationsSelf-motivated with a team-oriented, high-performance mindsetKey Responsibilities :
Own the front desk experience and serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, text, and in-person visitsQuickly identify customer needs and proactively resolve questions, concerns, or problemsHandle upset or concerned customers with empathy and professionalism, clearly communicating the why behind the whatManage and follow up on all underwriting memos to ensure timely policy processingMaintain detailed and accurate customer records within agency systemsProactively identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products (pivots / cross-sell opportunities)Support customer retention and satisfaction efforts at every customer touchpointMaintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front office environmentWhy Choose a Career with Allen State Farm Insurance?
