Shift Supervisor

BETTER BUZZ COFFEE QUEEN CREEK seeks SHIFT SUPERVISORS to join our growing team!

Our Shift Supervisors will work at least 28 hours per week.

The hourly pay is set at $17 / hr + tips.

Responsibilities

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for creating the Buzz Life experience for all guests and team members. The Shift Supervisor serves as a shining example of excellent service for both internal and external guests. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent Better Buzz experience that is in line with the values of the company. The Shift Supervisor provides support to all members of Better Buzz and ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.

Duties :

  • Responsible for balancing and managing deposits
  • Active in inventory and waste management
  • Administer breaks
  • Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures
  • Any other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership
  • Lead our kitchen prep operations as all of our team is cross-trained

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience preferred
  • Coffee experience preferred
  • Must be available to work at least 5 days of the week and a minimum of 28 hours
  • Must be able to work 2 of the 3 busiest shifts of the week
  • Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid-shifts as dictated by the business needs
