Key Responsibilities
Support multiple projects and workstreams, driving process and efficiency
Lead customer service operations and community engagement efforts
Assist in direct program support, including operational management and stakeholder coordination
Required Qualifications
2+ years of project management and people management experience
Fluency in English
Strong customer service instincts and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage operations and propose process improvements
