Human Resources Specialist (LER)

Non-Appropriated Fund Human Resources Branch

Incumbent serves as subject matter expert providing advice and assistance to, and collaborating with, Commander, Navy Installations Command Non-Appropriated Fund Headquarters and Region staff in the areas of employee relations (e.g., performance, discipline) and / or labor relations (e.g., Unfair Labor Practices, grievances, union collective bargaining agreement implementation).
