Senior Manager - GTM Partner Platforms (Product)

We are seeking an experienced Business Product Manager (BPM) to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our GTM Partner Platforms. This will be a People Manager role leading a team of Product Managers.
This role is pivotal in shaping how our partners engage, transact, and grow with ServiceNow across onboarding, enablement, deal management, and performance insights. The BPM will collaborate across business functions, data, and technology teams to design end-to-end experiences that scale and optimize partner productivity and success.
You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, process design, and platform innovation, ensuring our GTM and Partner ecosystems are empowered with modern, data-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Partner and GTM enablement platforms, aligning with business growth objectives and ecosystem strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Partner Operations, Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify pain points, define capability requirements, and shape long-term platform evolution.
- Translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data strategy.
Product Execution
Lead the delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment driving clarity, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams.Develop and maintain a Partner 360 view through integration of PRM, CRM, and analytics tools that provide actionable partner insights.Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Design teams to prototype, validate, and deliver intuitive user experiences that streamline partner journeys.Define and measure success metrics (e.g., partner productivity, revenue contribution, engagement) and use data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.Business Enablement & Change Management
Drive adoption and change readiness across GTM teams, ensuring new tools and processes deliver measurable business impact.Partner with Enablement and Communications to ensure effective rollout and training for new platform capabilities.Build strong relationships with global business stakeholders and act as the primary liaison between business and technology for Partner systems.Innovation & Ecosystem Focus
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to optimize partner lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and incentives).Benchmark against industry best practices and emerging partner platform trends to ensure ServiceNow remains ahead of the curve.Contribute to a broader Partner Platform Strategy, ensuring consistency and interoperability across GTM tools, data models, and partner experiences.At ServiceNow, you'll help shape the next generation of partner and GTM platforms that power a global ecosystem of innovation.
