• Implementing and monitoring patient care plans.\n
• Communicating and documenting patient conditions effectively.\n
• Coordinating care across healthcare disciplines for optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Assessing and addressing discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.\n
• Conducting comprehensive initial and focused assessments that encompass physiological, psychological, and sociocultural factors.\n
• Identifying patient health problems and formulating care plans with achievable goals.\n
• Implementing nursing care and ensuring patient safety through accurate documentation and education.\n
• Evaluating patient status and modifying care plans as necessary.\n
• Coordinating care activities from admission through discharge, ensuring smooth transitions.\n\nQualifications for Full-Time Night Cardiac Nurse : \n\nLicensure / Certification : \n
• Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license (must obtain Arizona License within 30 days).\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n
• Preferred : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or other relevant certifications.\n\nEducation : \n
• Required : Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.\n
