Clinical Laboratory Scientists Full-Time Oskaloosa, IA 52577, USA 40 hours per week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. On call at least 2 times per month, with 20 minute on-call response time required. Responsibilities Job Duties :

• Performs high complexity testing on blood, urine, feces, cerebrospinal fluid, peritoneal fluid, synovial fluid, pleural fluid, and other body fluids.
• Evaluates results of testing and quality controls, calibrations, calibration verification / linearity / reportable range.
• Performs venipunctures and capillary blood collections using proper patient identification, correct tubes, handling, and labelling.
• Varied work schedule includes day and night schedules, weekends, and holidays plus on call at least two times per month.

Qualifications Requirements include :
