SUMMARY :
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading an hourly team to do the fast-paced work required to run the distribution center as efficiently, safely, and productively as possible. This position oversees positions that include shipping and receiving, to ensure orders are selected, packaged, loaded, and dispatched safely, timely, efficiently, and economically, and that proper records are maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following :
- Overseeing and managing all warehouse associates, monitoring work, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Establishing warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
- Setting warehouse and team goals in collaboration with management and team leads.
- In partnership with on-site Leadership and the HR Team, leading on-the-job training initiatives, performance management reviews, and completing all on-boarding and off-boarding procedures of employees as needed.
- Maintaining all accurate records by company time and attendance policies.
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse operations including receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, inventory control, and shipping merchandise to the customer.
- Effectively pulling merchandise to fill customer orders utilizing voice-directed pick technology while making accuracy a priority.
- Ensuring a clean and safe work environment, where all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly, and free of debris.
- Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.Must be able to walk / stand for long periods and be on your feet for 8-12 hours at a time. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach above head, climb, and use stairs.Facilities may or may not be climate-controlled, and candidates must be able to adapt to hot or cold working conditions.EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Experience working with forklifts and a previous warehouse background is a plus.
