Job descriptionPay rate is dependent on industry / managerial skillset and knowledge. Our company culture also comes first and must be a good fit. Range listed is not all encompassing Production management : Oversee and manage the daily production and operations, ensuring all jobs are scheduled and completed on time. Staff leadership : Supervise, motivate, and train the workforce, including machinists and programmers, on machinery, equipment, and standard operating procedures. Process improvement : Develop and implement company policies and improve work processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. Quality control : Ensure that production meets company standards and quality expectations. Resource management : Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and coordinate with other department heads to meet organizational goals. Technical skills : Proficiency in CNC machining, blueprint reading, and understanding of equipment like lathes and mills. Management skills : Experience in production scheduling and managing a team of skilled workers. Educational background : On the job training or an associate's degree or higher in a relevant field like manufacturing or engineering. Leadership experience : A strong background in a relevant leadership role is prefered. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and estimates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to work in an environment that can be loud.

Company Background : Dynamic Metal Innovations is a metal fabrication and machining company specializing in laser cutting, machining, and rapid prototyping. Our sister company is Aluma Flowers, LLC. We are a young company that is going on it's 7th year in business with 30 employees. We are growing fast and are looking to add to our talented team!!!
