Ohmcomm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Low Voltage Systems Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of commercial and residential technology integration projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of low voltage projects, from planning and design to implementation and close-out.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Supervise installation teams and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys and pre-installation walk-throughs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
  • Provide status updates and reporting to company leadership and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Systems & Technologies

    Candidates should have experience managing projects involving :

  • Access Control Systems
  • Surveillance / CCTV Systems
  • Intercom & Entry Systems
  • Structured Cabling (Cat6, Fiber, etc.)
  • Networking (LAN / WAN, switches, routers, wireless APs)
  • Burglar Alarm Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Sound & Video / AV Systems
  • Preferred but not required :

  • IT systems integration
  • Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS / Cellular Signal Boosting)
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in low voltage, security, or related industries.
  • Strong technical background with working knowledge of the systems listed above.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus but not required.
