Exceptional customer service skills. Able to use point of sale system, order taking, cash handling. Strong leadership skills. Have the ability to hire, train and motivate a team of exceptional employees. Responsible for all team members and store operations. This includes scheduling, inventory, meeting food, labor and service goals. Know understand and enforce all company policies and procedures.
