PAAMG is seeking a Part time (26 week) Board Eligible / Board Certified Anesthesiologist to join our cohesive and dynamic group. We provide a full spectrum of anesthesia care, including general anesthesia as well as sub‑specialty care in pediatrics, cardiovascular anesthesia, and acute pain therapy at Providence Alaska Medical Center, the largest medical center in Alaska. The staff physician position offers a guaranteed schedule and salary, ensuring stability and work‑life balance while offering an opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of experienced professionals.

26 Weeks Annually

Annual Salary : $225,000–$275,000 based on experience

Hourly overtime rate beyond contract hours : $275

Sign‑on Bonus : Up to $25,000 based on experience

CME : $5,000 annually

401(k) : Employer matches up to 20% of salary with two‑year vesting period

Insurance : Health, Dental and Long‑Term Disability (EMPLOYEE ONLY)

Work Commitment

• 16‑hour shift weekly
• 10‑hour shifts weekly
• Weekend 24‑hour shift per month over the course of the year (12 in total)
