Magic Media is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to guide and support a team of Business Development Managers. The successful candidate will have solid experience in sales leadership and coaching, with a background in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or gaming industry. A focus on data-driven decisions and a high level of English proficiency will be crucial as you craft strategies to optimize sales outcomes and enhance team productivity.

What you will do:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales success.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and team efficiency.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and expertise of your team.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the sales process.
• Support pipeline management by helping BDMs navigate complex deals and key client relationships.
• Foster a positive, high-energy, and results-driven team culture.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder your team's ability to close deals.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, industry best practices and present plans accordingly.
