This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.Job DetailsSalary: From $32,240 up to $100,000 per year, based on experienceJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Whittier, CA 90605Position OverviewThe Automotive Service Advisor acts as the primary communication link between customers and service technicians, coordinating service and repair activities. This role requires listening carefully to customer concerns, providing clear explanations, arranging service appointments, and managing repair expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a professional approach in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate service appointments in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis and repairsCommunicate repair status updates to customers and obtain approvals for revised repair estimatesRecommend necessary repairs and maintenance while managing customer expectationsEnsure quality control and road testing are completed on all repaired vehiclesStay informed about vehicle operations, warranties, technical bulletins, recalls, and relevant regulationsMeet or exceed all service level targets and documentation requirementsFollow and enforce all safety policies and proceduresParticipate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing educationPerform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operationsWhy Join Our Team?Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive medical benefitsPaid vacation and holidays401(k) plan with company matchOpportunities for career growth and advancementProfessional and drug-free work environmentDirect deposit payroll

Job Requirement:Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of one year experience at a dealer-level or large automotive facility preferredValid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service oriented with a professional appearance and work ethicBasic computer and internet proficiencyAbility to follow instructions and maintain attention to detailPhysical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as neededDependable and safety-conscious
