$155,000 - $285,400 yearly
Responsibilities :
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals to drive personal productionTrack performance metrics and meet or exceed KPIs set by the teamTake ownership of lead follow-up and client conversion from start to finishAttend weekly team meetings and training calls to refine your strategyActively contribute to team culture and performance accountabilityProvide feedback to leadership on market trends and client needsQualifications :
