Job descriptionEducate individuals on Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable Medicare and health insurance products. Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and exclusions clearly and accurately. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and support. Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations. Active state insurance license for life and health insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance options. Experience in Medicare sales or life / health insurance preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

POSITION OVERVIEW :
