Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to support our talent acquisition team. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless candidate experience and an efficient recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.

Core Responsibilities :

• Candidate Sourcing Support.
• Post job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards).
• Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS databases.
