Securitas Technology, a leader in integrated security solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in the Electronic Security division. We specialize in providing advanced security solutions that protect, connect, and optimize businesses of all types and sizes. As an Account Executive in our Core Commercial division, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development, focusing on lead generation, relationship building, and presenting our exceptional electronic security products and services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop a defined territory using CRM tools, demonstrating strong skills in cold calling, networking, and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective service and account strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals based on thorough analysis of client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to design bespoke solutions for complex security challenges.
  • Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and identify new prospects.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
  • Employ solution-based selling strategies to expand existing accounts and secure new clients.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
  • Proven track record of attaining or exceeding high sales quotas in similar markets.
  • Proficiency in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to enhance productivity and client interactions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic areas.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Background in electronic security sales is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
