Overview and Duties : Delivers core information specialist support for IRC projects. Key duties include :
- Creating / implementing admin policies; evaluating program effectiveness.
- Providing training / technical assistance; managing information / records.
- Supporting office / facilities / HR / budget / travel; setting up rooms; AV troubleshooting / editing.
- Multi-tasking to support CLIENT's pilot projects and industry conferences.
Qualifications :
At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.Experience in info / records, travel regulations, and other admin services.Proficient in IT / databases; excellent communication; quality customer service.Physical ability for files / boxes.AV support experience.College degree required in business / information management or related certifications.Place of Performance : Arlington, VA 22209 (full-time on-site).
