Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll Services Implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for new clients, managing the implementation process and ensuring all necessary documentation is received

Lead the configuration of payroll and related systems for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate setup and reporting

Provide client training and develop custom reports, troubleshooting, and support for payroll system issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Expert knowledge of payroll system setup and configuration

Strong knowledge of tax filing processes and multi-state payroll

Experience with 401(k) or HCM services

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
