The Float Pool offers caregivers a unique opportunity to provide care for diverse patient populations across multiple units, departments and locations, while learning from some of our most experienced caregivers. As a Medical Assistant on our team, you will collaborate with fellow staff to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients, families and visitors. You will assist with medication management, patient monitoring, administrative tasks and more. All your work helps ensure the best possible health outcomes.

This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working days varying between 7 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. or 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.

Float Pool Scheduling Expectations :

• PRN requirement is to work a minimum of two weekdays per week. Our clinics are open Monday through Friday, no weekends.
• Shifts are 8 hours, shifts start as early as 7am, and end as late as 6pm, including 1 hour for lunch.
• Must be willing to travel. This position requires travel to Weston, Coral Springs, Parkland, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
• We do offer travel reimbursement, including tolls.
