• Duties
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and R to identify trends and insights.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and building systems..
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Identify and assess opportunities to implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Support change management and adoption strategies for new systems and / or processes.
• Supply chain management operational experience would be best.
• Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a must. Graduate degree would be preferred but is not necessary. Your aptitude, willingness to learn, and personality will be more essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
