Job Details

• Requirements;

6+ months of customer service experience (retail / e-commerce a plus)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable with CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)

Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or related industries a PLUS but not required

Multilingual abilities a PLUS but not required

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing

Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts

Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills (photo / video experience a plus)

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify or BigCommerce

Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Experience in beauty, fashion, fragrance, or lifestyle brands preferred
