Job descriptionCompany described as having a great company culture, family feel, and boasts excellent tenure among employees! Schedule : 8am-5pm (with some flexibility) M-F. Work an 8 hour schedule, 40 hours per week! Position is 100% in office in Laurel, MD Salary : $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience Handle AP, AR, and payroll duties Manage general ledger accounting Prepare financial statements and reports Perform account reconciliations Analyze budget variances Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 3+ years' full cycle accounting experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
