Key Responsibilities
Resolve insurance requests quickly and accurately through various channels
Deliver top-tier customer experience and educate clients on programs and products
Maintain accountability while adhering to customer follow-up and data gathering processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the insurance industry
2+ years in a customer service role
Fluency in Spanish is desired
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before starting
Experience with software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and G Suite
