Sales & Design Consultant –

Pay : $50,000 – $75,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do :

• Drive showroom and in-home sales by building relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers.
• Guide customers through product selections and design options that fit their style, needs, and budget.
• Manage projects from consultation through installation to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through a mix of walk-in leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Stay current on flooring trends, materials, and promotions to effectively position products and close deals.
