We are looking for a Contract, Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team with high-volume hiring needs. This role requires someone who not only excels at organization and candidate coordination, but also brings hands-on recruiting experience — particularly with blue-collar, field, or skilled trade positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and ensures a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage requisitions across multiple roles, with a focus on blue-collar and field-based positions.
• Source and screen candidates as needed, particularly for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Manage job postings across career sites, job boards, and social platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with offer letters, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding logistics.
• Generate recruiting reports and track metrics to support team performance.
