Mechanical Supervisor - High-Tech Manufacturing
Location : Davie County, NC
Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000
Schedule : 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM) | Future 2nd & 3rd Shift Build-Out
Industry : Advanced Furniture Manufacturing / Automation
Are you a seasoned Maintenance Manager ready to lead in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment? We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee maintenance operations for a state-of-the-art, highly automated production facility .
About the Role
As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance programs that keep production running smoothly. You'll lead a growing team, manage budgets, and implement best practices to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards. This role requires adaptability, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead, train, and manage technicians and electricians.
Monitor and improve machine and utility reliability.
Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
Ensure OSHA and environmental compliance.
Apply Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma principles to reduce downtime.
Oversee HVAC, compressed air, water, and power distribution.
Coordinate with contractors for specialized services.
