Engineering Manager

We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead and grow our engineering team, driving development and delivery of our innovative construction permitting software. This role is crucial in helping the team scale, achieve technical excellence, and ensure that PermitFlow continues to provide valuable, efficient solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading and managing engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Setting direction and anticipating scaling challenges through thoughtful technical and personnel planning.
• Collaborating with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of software features.
• Ensuring best practices in architecture, system design, and code quality.
• Working closely with stakeholders, including product, finance, and customer success teams, to prioritize feature development and enhance the customer experience.
• Leading the hiring process to grow the engineering team. Providing mentorship and career development for team members, including junior managers.
