Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE : WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Senior Analyst will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to settlement administrators and other clients within the legal banking sector. In this role, you'll manage and execute daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients). You’ll correspond with select clients (typically the class action claims administrator), draft and / or send emails that will include items such as timelines, messaging approval, payment summary, etc. with reference to templates.

• Develop and institute processes and policies in areas of operations.
• Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
