Manage an efficient and profitable High-Volume Automotive Service DepartmentHire and manage automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnelOversee employee training and developmentDevelop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyaltyand CSI
Set and obtain sales objectives and control costsEnsure maintenance and repairs are performed correctlyEnsure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environmentQualifications - Service Manager :
