Summary
\n
Provides administrative support to the IRB and the Department of Research including the Bioincubator. Works with researchers, the
\nIRB Chairperson, IRB Administrator and other members of the Department of Research and IRB to ensure the rights and welfare of
\nparticipants in the human research activities conducted by LBH. Assists researchers in adhering to IRB requirements, federal and
\nstate regulations,state law, policies, and the ethical principles that apply to human research projects. Supports the IRB
\nChairperson, IRB Administrator and Committee Members by providing professional analytical and technical assistance.
