Job descriptionCertified / Registered Medical Assistant Previous experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency in medical terminology and the use of EHR systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Medical Assistant Certified.
Responsibilities :
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our healthcare operations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Taking vitals and patient histories
- Documenting patient encounters in real-time using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ensuring that all notes are complete and accurate.
- Exhibiting excellent bedside manners and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assisting with prior authorizations for medications.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Other duties as assigned.
