Aon is looking for a Billing Portfolio Specialist to support our growing Aon Rewards Solutions subdivision (“Aon Rewards”). As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Aon's Rewards Solution consulting team. As a full time, Portfolio Advisor Administrator, you will work with a team of colleagues in multiple locations to provide billing support while meeting tight deadlines.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial and advisory support to a team of Associates Partners / Directors. Support ranges from data entry to analytical and logistical matters revolving around the Account Managers portfolio. The Portfolio Specialist will respond promptly, thoughtfully, and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities and new situations. Additionally, this person will possess the skills and ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with internal resources, clients (where applicable), and other parties in a global and virtual working environment. The Portfolio Specialist is integral to the efficient workflow within the office environment.
