Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Elko, NV 89801 (Nevada healthcare jobs)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Shift : 12-hour days (07 : 00-19 : 00)

Shifts per Week : 3

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

On-Call : 10 shifts per month, every other weekend

Patient Population : Adult cardiac patients

Unit : 1 Cath Lab

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1990 - $2130 per week

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nevada or compact state)

BLS and ACLS certifications (required for all Cath Lab nursing jobs)

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience

Experience circulating cardiac catheterization procedures preferred

Ability to float to Emergency Room (ER) tasks as needed

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must wear hospital-supplied black scrubs (no street clothes)

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures

Monitor and assess adult patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures

Operate and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment (Merge, GE, Volcano, Impella, Balloon Pump)

Accurately document patient information using Medhost EHR

Respond to on-call needs and participate in emergency cardiac interventions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members

Maintain a safe, sterile Cath Lab environment

Float to assist with ER nursing tasks as required
