BECOMING OUR GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

You'll enjoy a full-time schedule, providing you with the flexibility you need to balance work and life commitments. Shifts are 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm and 3 : 00 pm - 11 pm.

As a Guest Services Representative at Hotel Moab Downtown, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for our guests' stay. From efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs to providing information about hotel services and local attractions, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive guest experience. Your attention to detail in managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean front desk area contributes to the overall success of our hospitality services. All that we need from you is the following :

• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand and / or walk for long periods, push, pull, bend, stoop, and upward reach
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Passionate about providing a pleasant place for our guests

Having computer skills is a plus!
