At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We’re hiring compassionate, reliable professionals to join our Durham team . Candidates should have weekday availability from 12 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM at minimum , with the opportunity for additional hours based on client needs.

Position Details

• Location : Durham, NC (clinic and in-home sessions)
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, minimum 12 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM (additional hours may be available)
• Employment Type : Part-time or full-time
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Compensation :
• Behavior Technician : $18.00–$22.00 / hr (based on experience)
• RBT Certified : $22.00–$26.00 / hr (based on experience & certification)
