At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
We’re hiring compassionate, reliable professionals to join our Durham team . Candidates should have weekday availability from 12 : 00 PM–6 : 00 PM at minimum , with the opportunity for additional hours based on client needs.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to follow treatment plans and accept coaching / feedback Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism Comfort working with children in active, play-based settings Ability to collect accurate data using digital tools Emotional patience and resilience when supporting children with varying needs Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams Physical ability to engage in hands-on work (e.g., sitting on the floor, play-based activities) Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
