Collaborating seamlessly with scientific and therapeutic leaders, our Project Management team is engaged in all trial aspects bridging project teams and providing innovative solutions. As a member of our team, you'll be dedicated to a specific therapeutic area. This specialization offers you the chance to cultivate profound global operational proficiency while also gaining insights and access to the remarkable scientific and medical acumen our exceptional experts provide.

What you will do :

• Oversight and accountability for the successful conduct of assigned projects
• Line management responsibility for the recruitment, training, development, and performance review of personnel
• In cooperation with business and senior management, responsible for the strategy and acquisition of new business
• Responsible for developing and maintaining effective client relationships
• Alliance Partnership responsibility
• Sub-TA Head responsibility
