$19.00 per hour | $250 Sign-On Bonus | Eligible Pay Increase up to $20.00 per hour at 90-Day Evaluation

Monday - Friday; 3 : 30 pm 12 : 00 am | Full-time | Overtime Required

JOB SUMMARY :

This job entails the restoration and replacement of Portable basketball courts. This includes sanding, painting floor graphics, application of floor finish, and routine maintenance. This is a local position and the work is performed onsite at Praters Inc., Rossville, GA location.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Must be able to work without constant or direct supervision.
• Lifting, bending, and carrying equipment and materials such as portable panels or other heavy objects. Must be able to team lift with 4 employees up to 200 lbs.
• Have the ability to learn to operate and perform minor job site maintenance on construction equipment or tools such as saws, drills, floor sanders, buffers, nail guns, etc.
• Follow the correct procedures for a quality job, perform it safely, and maintain job site cleanliness as specified in the employee manual or by management.
• The ability to read a tape measure and make the proper calculations for woodcuts, etc.
• Must be able and willing to train on 1st shift for a period of 15 to 30 days after hire.
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends.
• Willing to travel overnight occasionally
• Will at all times conduct him or herself as a representative of Praters, Inc. and support Praters, Inc.'s missions and goals, following all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Perform other duties as assigned
