Job Description

• Provide technical support for production applications within the financial services industry.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for production systems.
• Assist in the deployment of software updates and patches.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support the implementation of best practices in system monitoring and maintenance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Application Production Support applicant should have :

Experience in the financial services industry.

• Strong technical skills with a focus on production application support.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge and experience in Summit Front or similar technologies.
