About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic VP, Search Advertising to spearhead the success of our clients' search marketing initiatives. This pivotal position will involve providing cutting-edge thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization while cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
As the VP, Search Advertising, you will lead the strategic planning, optimization, and reporting of our clients’ SEM campaigns. You will also explore opportunities to integrate SEM with other marketing capabilities.
You will provide vision, direction, and support to our team, motivating and managing our paid search media experts while fostering a culture rooted in teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, or business. A minimum of 10 years in account management within online advertising or e-commerce, focusing on paid search, is essential, alongside at least 7 years in interactive marketing or business consulting.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a strong understanding of AI applications in performance media, comprehensive knowledge of ad serving platforms, and online analytics solutions. Exceptional analytical, relationship-building, and decision-making skills are a must, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
