In Short :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our facilities, equipment, and machinery are consistently maintained to meet safety standards and operational efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance staff, develop preventive maintenance schedules, and implement improvements to enhance facility reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Facility Maintenance Oversight :

Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained in top working condition.

Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.

Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources, including labor, parts, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and guidelines (e.g., OSHA, EPA, MSHA).

Develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.

Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or projects.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment failures and ensure timely resolution.

Qualification and Education Requirements :

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
