About the Role :
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Pueblo, CO . You’ll work directly with patients to help them improve independence, mobility, and daily function through personalized, evidence-based care.
Compensation & Scheduling :
- Competitive Pay : $70 – $85 per routine visit
- Full-Time (25–35 visits / week) : Estimated annual earnings of $94,640 to $154,700
- Part-Time (10–20 visits / week) : Estimated annual earnings of $36,400 to $88,400

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, home safety, and functional recoveryEducate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive strategiesDocument patient progress and update care plans as neededCollaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated careWhy Join Amazing Care?

A valid Occupational Therapist license in ColoradoProven experience in home health or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in electronic medical record documentationA flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clientsBenefits
