Job Summary – Registered Nurse\n\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians in the delivery of patient care.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.\n\nAssess patient conditions to identify needs and determine care priorities using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.\n\nDevelop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing assessments.\n\nInitiate assessments based on patient needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.\n\nPerform therapeutic nursing interventions in alignment with clinical standards.\n\nManage and oversee comprehensive patient care.\n\nDocument care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.\n\nAdvocate for evidence-based practice and support adoption of evidence-based innovations in care delivery.\n\nProvide patient-centered care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nPosition Details\n\nShift : Nights\nHours per Week : 36 hours\nWeekend Requirement : Every other weekend\nHoliday Requirement : As needed\nOn-Call Requirement : None\nFloat Requirement : As needed\n\nRequirements\nExperience\n\nRequired : 1 year of RN experience\n\nPreferred : 2+ years\n\nHard Skills (Required)\n\nComprehensive patient assessment\n\nEKG interpretation / cardiac rhythm analysis\n\nHemodynamic monitoring\n\nIV therapy and IV insertion\n\nMedication administration\n\nWound care\n\nPatient and family education\n\nWorking knowledge of inpatient hospice\n\nSoft Skills (Required)\n\nCritical thinking and problem-solving\n\nStrong communication\n\nCollaboration and teamwork\n\nAttention to detail\n\nComposure under pressure\n\nEmpathy and compassion\n\nAdaptability and patience\n\nLicenses & Certifications\n\nActive RN License\n\nBLS (Basic Life Support)\n\nACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)\n\nDress Code\n\nScrub Color : Navy Blue
